Special requests were noted down and were met adequately in regards to an allergy. Room was made up as requested and was clean and tidy, as expected. Extra pillows were happily provided by staff upon request.

Only 15mins away from alot of Canberra attractions. Breakfast was good, loved the undercover parking- not badly priced ($15 per night). Hot water and pressure in the shower was good. Staff were very lovely and helpful.

The staff were amazing, the bed was comfortable, the room was just the right size and the location was very convenient to both Gungahlin and Civic. And don't get me started on the garlic mushrooms on the breakfast buffet 🤤🤤🤤

The beds were so comfy! The bathroom was modern, with hot showers and nice toiletries (thanks for getting vegan versions). The fridge, kettle (and tea selection), TV, hair-dryer, and hanging/work space was appreciated too. The staff were always helpful and never far away if the desk was unattended.

The rooms itself was as described and shown in the photos. They had tea and coffee-making facilities as well as a bar fridge. The air con was good and the bed was comfortable. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would stay there again.

Easy access from Civic, 5 minutes walk from a light rail station. Big room with a large desk and bed and decent storage. Bathroom was clean, well-equipped, and the shower had good pressure and temperature.

Very friendly & helpful reception staff who - found & lent me a bowl for my cereal, - answered random questions I had about the hotel & surrounding areas, - found a conveniently located hotel (Novotel nr Alinga St terminus) where (after checking out) I was able to leave my baggage while I checked out Canberra for the day before catching a plain home at 8pm.
